HSEQ Advisor | FIFO | Numburindi, NT Site-based on a 3:1 roster Salary: $140-$160k Super A leading commercial construction company with 30 years' experience across QLD and NT is seeking a site-based HSEQ Advisor for a FIFO role. What you'll do: Implement and manage integrated HSEQ systems and plans Conduct site inspections, task observations, HSEQ audits, and manage subcontractor SWMS Deliver inductions, pre-starts, and liaise with project teams on HSEQ matters Assist in injury management, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives What we're looking for: 5 years' HSEQ experience in commercial construction, preferably with remote/FIFO experience Cert IV WHS; tertiary qualification desirable Strong knowledge of QLD & NT legislation, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint; HammerTech experience desirable Additional Info: Open to candidates FIFO from most locations, but due to flight logistics, Darwin or Cairns-based candidates are preferred What's on offer: Competitive salary and career development opportunities Supportive, collaborative environment with comprehensive training FIFO roster: 3 weeks on, 1 week off
